A gift to the artist's daughter Rachel, this painting depicts the Steel City as viewed from the Northside awash in moonlight. Reflections of the familar prominent sites of the Rachel Carson Bridge, and the PPG and Highmark Buildings shimmer in the glassy Allegheny River.
